SE 1TB: Damaged USB Port

I damaged the Micro USB port from inside by pressing the USB cable very strong . I can’t see any solution other that weld a new USB port.

My question is Can I replace that weak design Micro USB port with the regular Mini USB port?

will it worked that way?

I can see that both USB ports have the same endings (five lines mini bars)

I just want to get my data back :cry:
