I can do a manual backup but my scheduled backups are not running. I read that virus software can prevent backups from running unless the folder/file is included in the virus exception list. TrendMicro is my virus software. Does anyone else have a fix?

In Acronis back up you can click the options button to see additional backup settings: Schedule, Backup scheme, Notifications, and Advanced. All Options tabs settings can be saved as a custom setting or can be reverted to Initial settings which are the application default settings on each respective tab. Simply click the Initial settings button, as necessary.
