Sansa Clip+ won't start

Hello,

My Sansa Clip+ won’t start. I tried hard reset but nothing happened.

It has a normal behavior whenever a connect through a USB cable to my PC (it charges and I get a connection established message) , except microSD detection.

I’ve updated firmware.

What else can I do?

Does the display show anything when you try to start it (unconnected to your computer or other power supply)?  If not, the internal connection to the battery could have come undone–you could try opening the player (carefully) and reconnecting the wire by soldering or using connective glue.

I’ve opened my Clip+ and found tha battery had swelled. I think it may be damaged. Where can I get a replacement one.

If it’s under warranty, SanDisk will replace it. If not, you’ll have to buy a new player.
