hello i have a sansa 4gb clip and it will not show up on my computer. i now that it usually will say connecting when pluged in to a usb port but it does not, instead it shows the battery sign charging. iv tried it on at least four sourses including windows xp, vista and evan a mac and still nothing thanks. if possable can i send it in to get it fixed i have a worente but threw away the box on accident thanks

I had a similar problem with my 2gb Sansa Clip a few days ago. A kind person on this forum told me to update my Windows Media Player. I did the upgrade and the next time I connected my Clip it showed up on the Windows Media Player page. Try it and see if it works for you. If it still fails, let te forum know and a real Clip expert will give you some more suggestions.
