I cannot use this drive to install an image or format. It keeps reverting to the stock out of the package state.
Ideas?
Tried HDDRaw to copy an image to it to use as a linux boot drive. Going to try Rufus next.

Windows 10 Pro is the OS i’m using to try and create the drive in. I can’t even format it in the disk management tools.
