Sandisk extreme memory details

I’d like to know further details about the memory chips used in the sandisk extreme 240gb. My main concern is the min write cycle rating meaning how many times (at minimum) a nand cell can be rewritten before failure.I was a little disapointed not to find that information on my drive package. Not many people care, though.

SanDisk does only publish the MTBF value for the Extreme SSD drives. I it is unclear how this value was determined (test conditions and test mode). 

Some days agoI asked what that means in Total Bytes Written (TBW) but I never got an answer.
