What bluetooth version is the sandisk clip sport plus 

my basic sport pom gear bluetooth is not working

i’ve updated my mp3 player to version 2.12.B

i’ve tryed pairing it and still nothing

maybe an update will help

maybe sandisk can make an bluetooth Update to version 4.0

the clip sport plus is Bluetooth version 2.1. This cant be updated in software, it is the bluetooth chipset that is used.

Can my bluetooth version 2.1 connect to my bluetooth version 4.0 headsets

it should be able to. Bluetooth is supposed to be backwards compatible. That said there are some compatibility issues out there.
