RMA Query - WD Case (Edited)

I was assigned this case reference WD Case (Edited) on 2nd May as like other users I could not raise an RMA because of the Latin based language required

I’ve sent my shipping address but have heard nothing since, even after sending 3 emails

Can anyone from WD confirm you have at least received my shipping address and or dispatched the replacement?
