Retrieve list is missing directories of other users beside "owner"

I manually selected specific directories of diffferent users on my PC
But when looking in the retrieve files I see only the users “owner” and “public”
I’m missing all others.
How can this be fixed

Please try login in with a different user to see if you can see the files to retrieve.
