Started using this yesterday when my laptop need to have a system restore I backed up and was successful. When I have come to restore the message says there are no files to restore but it backed up 142GB help
Hi, which software did you used to backup the computer?
I used Passport Ultra and followed the instructions on screen apart from setting the back up schedule - I have Windows 10

I have my passport with the same problem. I had manually moved files ( music, pictures, videos, ect ) before i tried to do a backup. What i have found, do not include files that have been already manually moved to external device ( f drive ). Now my backup works fine.
