Restore files from the damaged MyBooK 3T hard drive.

Hello,
I have a “My MyBook 3TB” and it doesn’t connect at all. I already changed the power supply but eventually the LED is flashing.
I opened the box and removed the hard drive.
How do I recover the backups that are there.
The files all appear on both Windows 10 and Linux.
What should I do?
