Reset Factory for My Passport for Mac USB 2.0

I have a new my passport for mac, 1TB, USB 2.0 and accidentally trying to portioning in Disk Utility. After a little bit time(30 min) and after no progress to portioning I’ve forced stopped the process.

From this point it was a disaster. Only failed msg from Erase option at  Disk Utility, verify and repair disk.

After few hours trying to fix the issue, I’ve succeeded to reformat the HDD in NTFS on W7 machine

There is any solution to reset to factory settings and use for OS X machine before to buy new one?

Hello, if you already succeeded in formatting the Passport for Windows, you can format it again from Disk Utility on your Mac.

How to partition and format a WD drive on Windows (8, 7, Vista, XP) and Mac OSX

Thank you for your help, but this is the issue, I can not to use disk utility to format hdd.
