ReFormat Wireless SSD to ExFat? Pro & Cons

Hey!

I would love to reformat my “MyPassport Wireless SSD” from NTSF to ExFat, to read and write it in windows, macos, iOS,…

But I am just curious if there are any downside of ExFat? Or if there is any other negative side effects when reformating the Wireless SSD.
