It seems that my My Book doesn’t see most of my files. From 19055 files on my computer (Mac Book Pro) I see only 35 on the external HD after the backup which is worrying. Where do they go? I am using mostly .indd , .psd , .pdf, . jpg and .mov file types. Does anybody know? Thank you
If you backed up with Smartware it only backs up select file types.
