Problems creating long path names in MyBook - Win 11

Hi,
I have enabled Long Path Names on Win 11 (Home Edition) using the Regedit but it has no impact on my external WD MyBook hard drive (which I have synced to GDrive workspace).

Can someone please advise how I can create long path names for folders and subfolders without running into this issue as I use this external hard drive and PC to run a business.
