Problem with WD My passport 2 tb

Hi All,

I got new WD 2 TB my passport and it was working fine till yesterday. While using the WD my laptop got hangged so first time i have removed the WD directely and restarted the laptop. 

After that my laptop is not able to detect the WD Passport. I can see them in device manger but i can’t see that the external drive in file explorer. When i connect my WD to my passport now it will give click sound (10-12) but after that the vibration which usuly we used to feel in external drive during access cant be felt. 

I have arround 600 GB data in the WD my passport and i wanted to recover those data as well.

Dude, you may have killed the drive. Check on disk management (Right-click over computer, manage, disk management) for a clue of the storage volume. The clicking sound is not a good sign.
