I have a 2TB portable drive that fell to the floor and it stopped working and it has information which I want to recover and I don’t know what to do or where should I bring it.

Have you tried some common fixes to fix your felled hard drive? Like checking if the drive is behaving same in other systems or changing SATA cable.
I asked a friend and he told me that the problem is with the connector is welded to the board
