Recently bought a Sandisk Sansa 4 gig and really like the sound quality with higher bit rates. The problem I’m experiencing is that when I try to download music from Windows media player it only transfers the clip art about half the time I sent two emails to tech support and have never gotten a response concerning this why this occurring and what can be done to correct it I was wondering if the player itself could be defective.
