Problem transferring files to Clip Sport

I can transfer music files from my laptop to the drive that my MP3 player is on and can see the folders in the Windows 11 File Explorer under Sport Plus\Music. However, when I disconnect from my laptop, some of the folders and files are missing.

Why can this be happening? I’d appreciate any help.
