Possibility to stream music or photos with windows 8 mobile?

Dear all,

due to there is no app for windows phones I want to know if there is another possibilty to get access to the WMD.

Perhaps about ftp? But which app would allow to stream on windows mobile over ftp?

there is not an app for windows but you can access the WMD via a web browser. as long as the browser has the plugin for the file type you can stream the file from the WMD to the Windows machine via the web browser. to access the WMD connect to the WiFi network and type 192.168.11.1 in the address bar.
