After reinstalling Windows 10, My Passport Ultra is locked by WD Drive Unlok. I never forgave a password. Is there a standard password at delivery?

I just started the new WD BAckup but did not have any problems with password. Maybe because I never assigned one. Maybe you should contact WD Support and open a case?
