Hello all.
My passport ultra will not show up on my PC. It shows the device is connected but only gives me the option to safely remove. I’ve tried to diagnose through WD drive utilities but, all test read test failed. I’ve tried to format the drive but it’s unable to do so. Please. Help me.
As the drive failed in all tests run by WD Drive Utilities, drive should be replace within warranty period. Due to bad sectors, hard drives unable to store data files on it.
