Passport Ultra Doesn't find Network Drives

Hi,

I purchased 2 of these Passport Ultras so that we can backup our network drives but they only recognize the local drives.  Can this be fixed?  If not what other backup drives can I purchase (and return the ones I have) that will recognize the network drives?

WD SmartWare does not target network locations as a data source. However, yes, you can use your WD Passport Ultra with any other 3rd Party backup utility more in tune with your personal needs.
