I have had my Passport for a while and it worked perfectly with my PC. I now have a Mac, and for some reason I can only sync my passport when backing up my Mac, not just drag and drop. Please help.
the reason behind that is, Windows is using a diff file system… MAC can read from NTFS(win file sys) but cannot write to it… i suggest copying the files into your MAC system and format the drive with MAC’s files syste (HFS+)
