besides the fact that since their last software update made my drives not recognizable by my pc, unable to control lock or backup wont stay in my task bar they took over 10 years of 4tb photos and made them all 640x360!!!
I am hoping that this is repairable in their software, if not then your name is trashed. upset? yes of course!
so if anyone can explain how to retrieve a drive that is not recognizable after manually unlocking through file explorer and then bringing up restore and then it saying it is not there. I would love to know how to fix all this f*&^kery!
