I am very new to this, so I hope I can explain correctly! I just bought the My Book Essential 1TB and preformed a back up of my c drive. I looked under the retrieval tab of the smart backup software and noticed that it excluded one of the users in Windows XP. When I go to the documents and settings folder, I only see folders for me and a folder that says “All Users”, however, there are two users that should be there in addition to the “All Users” folder.
Have I missed something? I ran the software under my user name when I first installed the drive, should I do another back up under the other users name as well?
