I was just told that my warrant is void if I have removed the label from my now non-working SN850X. I removed the label when I installed a heat sink. I have the receipt and the box… If this is true I’ve lost a lot of cash and trust.

Rummaging thru the internet I found a few posts where these SSDs last 14 months and rarely warrantied.

If you strongly believe the drive is defective and that the label removal should not automatically void the warranty, politely insist on escalation and ask for a supervisor or claims department review.
