All of the video files on my Passport Ultra play fine but have no sound, is there anything I can do to get the sound to work? I have it plugged into my MacBook Pro.
The Passport Ultra Hard drive is a storage device for your files … it’s not a “Media Player”
The device (MacBook Pro) or Software you a using to play your video files will be cause of your problem.
