hi, wondering if any one can help me out…

i just formatted my new passport es 500 to work on my computer (OSX 10. something) and opened it up to find no files at all, so no user manual and smartware software thats supposed to be there. 

does anyone know where i can download the software? i cant seem to find it on the website…
