have been using for years my sasa wiev E 300 but my coputer , windows 7 does not respond at all when I plugin the player in any- any! port . no reponse at all !!! what can I do !? Also there is no mention in any place of my model E300 14 GB sansa wiev , as if this player does not exist at all!!
