Hi!
I have a WD MyPassport Ultra which I’ve been using on the same computer for one year. The MyPassport Ultra remembers this computer and never asks for my password. Therefore, I forgot my password during this year… However, now I formatted the computer, and MyPassport Ultra cannot recognize the formatted computer anymore.
Is it possible to make MyPassport Ultra recognize the formatted computer? It is the same computer! I just formatted the computer today, and I realized this problem right after it. So I have the fresh computer in front of me. Is it possible to undo the formatting somehow on the computer? Or what kind of information do I need to recover from the formatted computer in order for the MyPassport Ultra to recognize the computer?
