After 2 year using My Book Thunderbolt (Raid 1 , thunderbolt, working with Mac Server for 3 clients) its icon disappeard in Finder both on Server desktop and client deskop. There is one separated folder in Book (as a sharepoint) and it’s reachable. What’s more I can use all data of MyBook reaching it from the level of Mac Server icon on sidebar of client’s Mac (browsing structure hierarchicaly). Can’t make any alias to keep it on any desktop. The icon appears after terminal’s command “show invisible” but is dimmed and has no normal functionality.
The same happens after connecting MyBook to any other machine. It works properly but no icon available.
Any idea? (~ 100 GB is available and I have no space anywhere to save the backup)

Not even on the disk utilities?
Have you tried reinstalling the drive utilities from the support site? If not, please try that.
