I have used my WD My Passport ultra with an old PC. that I have now disposed of. I am now trying to connect and open it on my Mac Book Pro. I have forgotten my password. Can you help/
If you forgot your password there’s nothing WD can do to help
Even if you remembered it, if the drive was formatted on a Windows PC there a Mac won’t be able to read it.
