My wd green ssd 240GB is not detected

Hi,

I bought a wd green ssd 240GB to replace my hd on my laptop.
I put the ssd into an usb3.0 enclosure.
My windows 10 disk management identifies the ssd and I partition it with GPT.

I installed WD SSD Dashboard 2.3.2.4, but the dashboard does not recognise my ssd.

I tried to install Acronis True Image (ATI2016WD build33), but the software does not detect my ssd as well.

I need assistant here.

Hi I cant help but I have exactly the same problem with my SATA 1TB blue so I hope somebody can help

Hi, have the exact same issue, I see no response from WD here?

Try cloning with the free version of Macrium. I have found that, sometimes, Acronis is problematic.
