I’ve had my My Passport X drive for several years attached to my Xbox One. I had been having no issues, it actually installed a 30gb game and numerous updates a few days earlier. Saturday morning it was working fine but we had network issue here and had to reboot everything. After this reboot none of the games on the drive will launch. The initial splash screens will load then give an error code. We have tested this by moving it to several other Xboxes. I ordered a cable hoping it maybe cabling issues. Is there anyway to fix this or recover my data to another external drive? Help.

Well, are you able to gain access to the drive?If yes. then in order to make the data(game) work contact the manufacturer of the game and if you are not able to access the drive then connect the drive to the computer and follow the instructions given in the article below.
