Hello, I can’t access the files on Passport Wireless and it doesn’t show what’s on it via android app or Windows browser. Works via USB. Can anyone help me ?
Connection method for USB and wireless are fundamentally different. How are you trying g to access files?
Try using the direct ip address of the drive from file explorer.

and connecting via USB disables the WiFi Connectivity .
