I hope someone can help me.
I have a new Passport drive giving me grief. Driving me nuts actually.
I installed software and it ran OK at first. I transferred some files and removed the drive from my pc. Now whenever I plug it back in I get a blue screen of death a few seconds later. I reinstalled the software to no avail. I am running XP. The drive runs fine in other PCs including an old laptop. I have another new (1TB) WD external drive which I have since started using which runs just fine.
All ideas welcomed.
