After doing a normal virus scan the Ultra won’t restore or delete data any more.
I uninstalled the software on Windows 10 and downloaded a new set of software, but no improvement. I opened the new Backup icon and it wanted to delete the software and reinstall again. I did that, but it did not help.
Any suggestions please.

You can try reformatting the drive. However, if you have data on the drive I recommend you copy it to another location before you proceed.
Thanks. I would do that except while I can “see” the drive, I can’t access it.
I ordered a drive from a different company. The software from WD was never user friendly from my point of view.
