I haven’t used this device for some time and am trying to backup my PC. I set the backup plan but it will not backup. I’ve tried the BACKUP NOW selection, but it won’t backup. Any ideas on what is wrong. Should I use the Passport just as an external drive and copy everything manually? Thanks for your assistance.
