My passport ultra usb 3.0 cannot backup from WD usb drive to dropbox?

Hello i have the my passport ultra fast 3.0 drive.

And i cannot backup from The WD drive to dropbox

Yes i,m connect to dropbox.

I see also that i cannot update to the 17 version.

I have uninstall the old version and i have instal the new version.
But when i do the first backup (from my passport to dropbox) then it is not possible.
