Sorry if this topic has been covered already but I have a my passport ultra for years now and it suddenly stopped showing up on my desk top,
The light comes on on the hard drive just not on the desktop
I’ve tried everything that wd troubleshooting suggests and still no luck, and I haven’t done any upgrades on my Mac lately either
Any thoughts or suggestions? Or how I can recoup my data off it
