Hi, since yesterday, the drive has stopped functioning. I have tried it both on windows and Mac and on both the drive fails to register, where as before when connected it would bring the drive up and i was able to navigate to folders within, now it doesn’t give me this option. I have tried disk utility and device manager options to see the drive and run diagnostics on it, but it doesn’t bring anything up for me to be able to do this. Funny enough if i use a recovery software it starts to recognize files for me to recover. could you please help me with this? I have created a case also #090717-12300367
