My passport pro

hi there, i bought a passport pro and installed 2 ssd’s in a raid 0. i thought this would be the perfect product for me: small, fast, no external power necessary… perfect. BUT: when i run the black magic speedtest i could not believe my eyes: i got only about 360 mb reading and writing. can it be true, that you design this perfect product with thunderbolt! and then only put internal sata 2 in there??? in this case there would have been a usb 3.0 connection more than enough.
PLEASE build a new passport pro, but with internal sata 3 ports. And let me know, when it is ready to buy.

My background is sales/marketing/tech training, if that’s true this is a no brainer. You have the case and drives, Add Thunderbolt 3 with type C port. The only added cost is the royalty fee for thunderbolt 3 to Intel. Development time to market would be very short. Same product could then be used with Mac or PC. Only problem I see is if you want to develop software for the PC. There is 3rd party software and Windows has built in backup software.

Two 3tb drives and I would but it.
