First Post so be kind. Finally resolved WD Backup download issues. Now tried to do first backup on my second HP computer. (HP Laptop backup went smoothly) Software prepares files for backup, but once backup starts nothing happens. Left the house, came back hours later and backup percentage complete was still zero. Destination folder is setup, but nothing there. My 2TB passport begins with WDBYVG. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
