bought less than two years ago, used only for backup!
use around 3x per year!
Earlier this month, transferring some files and I noticed that sometimes the HD crashed but the led still blinking without stopping!
so then he simply worked when wanted, until this moment not transferred nor run any file contained in it.
both my main pc as well as on my asus transformer!
all PC are updated and how the disk drivers!
all files appear in windows explorer
so I can not access or copy out the HD

Try basic troubleshooting on the drive.
Try a different cable.

I’ve used 3 different cables and different pc and different USB outputs, such as 2.0 or 3.0
another USB HD I have, usually works!
life guard installed, the HD does not appear in the first frame, only the second and logical disk!
