My passport for mac is unable to create Virtual CD anymore in Windows XP SP3

Hi,

I just migrate to Mac and I need to transfer my data from old windows laptop to new mac laptop.

When the first time I plug the mypassport to old laptop, it can create virtual CD automatically, and I can istall the driver easilly in Win XP SP3. However the backup tab is disabled and I cannot transfer any data, so I did another troubleshooting. And now it resulting the Mypassport unable to create any Virtual CD.

The Virtual CD may be hidden, but you can use the Virtual CD Manager to bring it back.

If you are using Mac use the link below to download the Virtual CD Manager and run it, make sure to power cycle the drive and the computer before new change to take effect.
