My Passport External drive its not working

When I connect my passport to my laptop it makes the recognizing sound but it doesnt show on My Computer…

Already try it on my sisters laptop and it did the same

Already uninstall it and restart computer and still does the same

Need Emergency Help

I need all the data that its saved on the disk.

happening on my macbook too -

i have the same problem, the disk is working with the light blinking, but the laptops dont recognise it (mac,windows).

Even try those recovery apps, but it still doesnt recognise.

Please a solution because all my data is there!
