First time I attached My Passport essential to my CPU and after clicking SmartWare and started backing up my files. After 20 minutes a brownout happens. Now My passport has empty folder including the user manuals. I also backed up some data from an old hard drive and that folder is also empty. What shoud I do? My Passport shows it has 872GB free space from an original 931GB total free space. Are my data still there? Windows give a message Windows - Delay Write Failed
