In Settings-diagnostics-scans, the scan gets to 90% then message is scan failed. Is this because I gave upgraded to windows 10? I have the latest upgrade for My Passport
Hello, I don’t think this has to do with the upgrade to Windows 10, however, do you have another computer with a different OS to try?
Another thing that I would try is changing the cable and the ports, as well as running a different software like the WD Data Life Guard.
