My passport(500G)can't read，can not read the disk ‘2’ on sector '63'

yesterday, i just mistak Unplug the dataline from pc(not the correct eject the driver)when it was working, after that connect the dataline again, pc can detect the driver and show the disk on my pc ,but the time is much more than the usual,and i try to access the passport , the pc system ‘Address bar is always waiting ，can’t get in

 that，and i konw my made a big mistake， i use the 《Data Lifeguard Diagnostic for Windows》try to solute the problem,by it like the sys can’t open, and i Unplug the data line, Data Lifeguard Diagnostic for Windows show the face ,and i try  firmWDFirmwareUpdater it can detect the driver ,but when it download the UpdaterFrim, it show the mistake dialoge <can not read the disk ‘2’  on sector ‘63’>   i also use ,but all of them can’t get the driver(the pc is conn with passport,start the programe,it stop at load frame or dialoge, Unplug the dataline, the programe run right and show it main face),i have very imp  data on mypassport, what can I do now? has someone get the same problem?:robotsad:

Unplugging a drive while on use is a huge mistake. You have corrupted the partition by doing so. Using a data recovery software should help but if the partition table is too messed up  you will need a Data Recovery Software.

thanks your reply  but now i just use the   some recovery software like but it can’t access my passport driver . has another advise?

Try using another software or take it to a Data Recovery Company.

Just take it to a data recovery facility as DIY data recovery jobs often cause more harm.  Spend the money so that your data is recoverable.
